Special Order Timeline
Special order processing timelines related to obtaining quotes and delivery cannot be guaranteed. All special orders naturally require the manufacture to quote and build to specification. Depending on the consistency of the required system configuration this may introduce timelines that do not meet your needs.
We recommend all special orders be placed at a minimum of 6 to 8 weeks prior to the time you expect to need the system for use.
A valid business case is needed for all special order requests. Specific manufacturer or model requests are usually not considered a valid business case. These requests will make the timeline longer to allow for further review and acceptance.
Once your special order request is accepted, TechBuy will ask for quotes from our vendors. After we check the quotes for accuracy, we will send them to you for review. Please check the quote carefully as the final review and acceptance of the solution proposed by TechBuy is your responsibility. TechBuy makes no guarantees regarding the performance of the selected configuration.
