Cloud Image Request
Our Cloud Image Reimage Service provides a secure, standardized way to reimage AgriLife-managed computers using Windows 11. Once a Data Declaration Form is verified and a Cloud Image Request is submitted, our team sets up and initiates the cloud-based deployment using SmartDeploy.
The reimage runs automatically at the scheduled time, with logs captured throughout post-image configuration for tracking and support. To ensure a smooth deployment, devices must meet Windows 11 compatibility requirements, be properly named in advance, and be connected to AC power and a wired network during imaging.
This service delivers a consistent, hands-off reimage experience while maintaining compliance, security, and reliable system configuration.
